I am searching for a comfortable tactical sling much like the Giles Sling for my rem 1100 that I use in 3 gun matches. Anyone have experience with one that works??? Thanks in advance for anything you can share...

The Hopson sling. Much better than the Giles IMO. Made by Cecil Hopson.
Not sure how to get hold of him though. If Randy Cain or Ken Miller reads this thread, they will probably jump in with that info. John Francis |

Giles Sling
Actually I have a Giles sling for my Car 15 but thought I'd inquire to see if there are others that would work better...Wish I'd had these slings when I was out on those long patrols, their so versatile and practical...

I just ordered a tactical form http://www.cheaperthandirt.com
I will post back and tell you how I like it, at under $20 it was worth a try. |
