Hypothetical stock ownership question regarding NFA weapons.
Technically if you own stock in a company you own a part of that company. If that company produces NFA weapons they need a licence to do so. What is keeping stock owners in a certain company from owning the guns that that company produces, shouldn't that license transfer to all owners of a company?

You own the company, the company owns the guns. TRW made satellites for the military. Owning stock didn't mean you got to stop by and check out the top secret plans.
