The only way you will find one for less than retail is if it is used.

Just call Dillon - and deal with them directly .../ their pricing is fair in my opinion.

I just purchased a XL650 from Dillon 2 weeks ago. Their price was the same as other retailers I found on the Internet, with the exception of having a fixed shipping charge of $24.99 for everything on my order.

Buy it from Enos and they include shipping. Drop ships direct from Dillon.

In my shop.
To explain: Once upon a time I manufacturered custom handgun ammo. My tag was "all my ammo is factory ammo" (in reference to a certain disagreement with a certain M. Ayoob, except I decided that CYA couldn't hurt, so I followed his advice, and made sure ALL my carry ammo was 'factory'). Then I mostly retired from it, even before the last round of surgeries. Small note: I have competed at USPSA matches since 1995, and two weekends ago I visited a friend near NYC, and for the first time, I shot another factory's ammo (115g 9x19 Federal Champion). In fact, it's 04:37, and I gotta get in the shop and make some ammo for today's match; 130g Montana Gold FMJ-RN for my favorite 9x19. And it's not supposed to snow!.
