Quick return from EOtech
I have a EOtech 552 that was made in 2008. It is on my Noveske N4. The rifle/sight sat in the safe for the better part of this year. When I took it from the safe last month I noticed the reticle was dim on the left side of the screen and much brighter on the right side.
So I contacted EOtech and told them what was wrong. They told me to send it in. Now I am not the original owner of this sight, I had no warranty info. I think their warranty is only for two years anyhow... They sent my sight back. I received it seven business days from the time I sent it in. The issue with the reticle was fixed and they gave me a new set of batteries too! All that for no charge. Thanks EOtech.
