I do not believe so. I have a Phantom 556 pending on a Form 3. When I take possession I can tell you for sure if you don't find out for sure before hand.

If I put 22lr through it, how would I clean it if it cannot be disassembled?

Hydrogen peroxide and white vinegar. Submerse, soak, rinse.

Option two is ultrasonic cleaner.

I advise you not to shoot .22LR in a .223 can that cannot be taken apart.

Just got my Phantom 556 suppressor via UPS today. It's a sealed can.
