Help with rear sight on imi baby eagle

Just bought a baby eagle or jericho 941. Any tips on adjusting the rear sight. Seems frozen. Does it slide out right or left ? Thanks

found out from Magnum Research. It is tapered and must be tapped out to the left, then can be put back to the right after hitting it with a file.
