1. treat every weapon as if it were loaded
2. never point a weapon at anything you do not intend to shoot.
3. Keep your finger straight and off the trigger until ready to fire.
4. Keep weapon on safe until you intend to fire.
5. Know your target and what lies beyond.

Think you forgot one.

No, I did not
Not there:

Or here:

Oh hey, take a good look at number 3 when you visit that one.

Or there:
http://hunting.about.com/od/guns/tp/...fety-Rules.htm

Number 7 is interesting on that one.

Shall we continue?

Dstroyr,
How do you like that ppsh43 pistol? do you ever get any Failure to fire malfunctions with it? What kind of ammo are you using?

Jeffssig, just curious if you would mind posting specs on that rifle? I really like that forearm in particular.

The added weight with the PRS Stock helps balance out the weight of the heavy barrel... Would I want to lug it around all day? NO!!!

I'm glad this thread came up and has lasted as long as it has. By page 4 I was expecting someone to get a fuss going about the lack of honest wear marks, brass rubs, dents & dings, etc. I even wondered if anyone would mention all the dry bolts... those of us who've been here a few years would like to have a nickle for every time someone's offered the advice that AR bolts have to be dripping/swimming/sloshing with oil to even run.

This has been a good thread so far. I think it does a great service to EBR owners image- looks like a pretty responsible bunch of folks represented here! Keep up the good work folks!

ARs should most definitely be run wet, no problems if they are dry and clean but when they get dirty they should be wet.

Dirty & Wet AR!
