AR-10 supression?

I'm researching a semi .308 purchase. Has anyone attached a can to an AR-10T? especially one in .300 RSUM. I have a supressed AR-15, but I'm concerned about the increased backpressures on this caliber/rifle. Any comments on this or similar platforms are needed. Thanks in advance,
Dan

My AR-10 isn't done yet, but I already have the SWR Omega 30 can for it. Does that count?

Well, it's not high on my build list right this minute, but I'll be using an adjustable gas block so I can set it where I want it. http://www.jprifles.com/GasSystem.html
