.22 pistol suppressor host?
What is your pick for a suppressed .22 pistol. Please list why, and any experiences you have had. Also, maybe the suppressor you are running on your pistol.

I have a buddy with a Ruger (don't recall if it was mk 2 or 3) with a built in suppressor. It's so quiet that the bullets hitting the cans made more noise than the pistol.

The Ruger also has the advantage that it is easy to stop the bolt from blowing back if the bolt slap will make too much noise at a given moment. And it is easy to attach a can without threading the barrel, just with a bayonet catch.

I run a Ruger 22/45 with a SWR Warlock.
My buddy has a 22/45 Lite that is even better then my standard weight model with the ultra light can With the abundance of after market parts for the Ruger pistols, i dont think you can beat the platform. Ultra slick triggers, bolt knob extensions to add weight and slow the opening.... Just a great platform |

Older Hi-Standard pistols like the Letter Models, have a slide lock you just flip up,
so that the action will NOT cycle, and it is VERY quiet with just subsonics Neighbors won't even know you are killing rats/squirrels in the backyard... If you are extremely lucky, have your Suppressor Trust already set up, (if you haven't, go ahead...) save a buncha cash & find a Hi-Standard OSS pistol... AKA the HD-M The Below pics are a Hi-Standard Supermatic 107, with the HD-M/OSS barrel. Also legitimate if done with the proper BATF paperwork/etc...its a drop-in.
