You might try here:
http://www.gunpartscorp.com/catalog/...10&catid=11905
or here:
https://www.libertytreecollectors.co...&idcategory=80

I have purchased items for both of these vendors...

Should not be a problem.

Montoya
I have a contact for you, if you run into a blank wall. These should be fairly common and you will want to get one that matches the manufacturer of your piece. ....

There is normally 30 or more 03 butt plates listed on evil bay. There are several designs and prices run 20-50 bucks, screws are extra.

The 03A3 would be a Remington or Smith Corona. Remington plates are marked "R". SC are unmarked and ID'ed by the checker pattern.

Gunbroker well have several listed also.
