GUIDE ROD LASER: FULL SIZE SMITH & WESSON M&P 45.cal

I have been searching for a few days now looking for a GUIDE ROD LASER: FULL SIZE SMITH & WESSON M&P 45.cal. Does this exist i see it for the 9mm, 40cal, and .357 but not for the 45.cal. Could the .40cal guide rod be used or modified to be use on the 45.cal
