help with barrel marking

I bought a custom win70 in 6-06. The guy I bought it from said it was his dads that he recieved after his dad passed away. I have taken a picture of the marking on the barrel any help would be great. Thanks Del

I've seen that mark some place. Naturally, I haven't a clue where. Any idea how old it is?
Have a look at the 'K' in Kreiger's logo. 'Services' is the shotrest url. I'm guessing, of course. Wouldn't be horrible if it is a Kreiger though.
