.357 Factory Home Defense Load
Can someone recommend a .357 Magnum factory load that will not over penetrate, which would make a good home defense round?

Which will not over penetrate WHAT?
Human? Walls? Headboards? You could load .38 Special to guard against over penetration.

Might be horribly difficult to find a .357 Magnum load outside of the questionable frangible stuff that won't penetrate a typical wall.
MUCH better to know your target and what's beyond it than to hope to rely on ammo to not penetrate a wall. You might try this topic in the General Handgun forum to get more advice on factory ammo, most of the discussion in this area is handloading and reloading. And as I said before... much less chance of penetrating a wall with .38 Special which can safely be fired in any .357 Magnum revolver.
