An odd question perhaps

I am looking for a thread regarding reloading setups and someone posted a link to a web site with someone who had what looked like a garage set up with several reloading presses, a firing lane with sound control baffles for load testing shooting from inside the garage and a long downrange are to fire in. The person used a jeep he parked inside another bay of the garage to retreive the targets. Where is this thread or does anyone know the address to the web site? I have done a search and can't seem to find it.
