Is CorrosionX safe on wood?
I've been using CorrosionX on all my guns with wooden stock. Will CorrosionX damage the wood? Anyone use this product on their expensive wood stock gun?
Thanks |

Just started using CorrosionX recently. I don't put the oil directly on the wood but sometimes the oil drips down from the receiver. I do wipe it off when I see it. Will this have negative long term effects?
Thx |

I try and avoid getting any gun oils on the wood. I wipe it on the metal with a cloth so I can control where it goes. If the wood absorbs certain oils it will be ruined. Oil soaked wood is only good for kindling.
