Need a little help.

I'm looking to buy a spotting scope. I've never had one before and have no idea what to look for in terms of quality, clarity, light gathering ability, etc. My budget is about $150. I know that's not much, but it's all I can afford.
Can anyone recommend a fairly decent spotting scope for around that price?
Thanks.

Here’s the one I started with. It comes with a soft case, tripod and hard case to carry everything in. This scope has worked well for me for over 10 years.
Look Here
