Gun Manufacturer Leaving Connecticut
PTR Industries is moving their operations from Connecticut to South Carolina in response to the vindictive gun laws implemented by Connecticut officials. There will be an official announcement at the ribbon cutting featuring Governor Nikki Haley in Myrtle Beach next week.

I would be leaving there too. I feel sorry for people that have to stay because of work and family.
What's scarey is this may be used as a model for the rest of the country. This is discussed in the last 1st Freedom NRA magazine. |

http://www.ktxs.com/news/Firearms-co...3/-/index.html I believe that the move is intended as the proverbial warning shot across the bow. I don't think that Colt intends to move their main production operations... yet.

A start to what the other manufactures will hopefully follow. CT has shown it's distain for the industry, the industry should do the same.
