Citori White Lightning

On my citori the receiver, I believe its made of nitride not stanless steel, its taking on a black sort of tarnised look what can i use to remove this? Someone had mentioned trying flitz metal polish. Thanks people

This is a pretty good explanation of the Nitride finish. It is not Stainless Steel, nor is it Silver. It is a Nitride finish on the steel, is very hard and is very thin.
