suggested load for a AR pistol?

I have a AR pistol...and I was wondering what load would work best given the short length. Its pretty accurite with the 55gn fmj's I've been loading, but I'm wondering what it would do with a lighter round? If that's even the way to head? I'm not sure of the barrel twist, I'd have to search that out but I'm thinking lighter? What do you guys think?

And please let's leave off the comments on how this gun is junk, I've run 4k+ through her, 1500 in one day with zero issues. That and my wife just loves to shoot it! We go to the range and her glock see her hand maybe twice, but she will run 200 through the AR pistol with a huge smile.

Not really looking for 100yd tack driver, the rifles fill that spot...thanks in advance!!!
