NAA 22LR Revolver Belt Buckle

Is anybody else drawn mystically to this gun? I have to have one, but I'm not sure why???

I'd like to see one in acutual use on someone's belt. I've only seen them in pictures.

I don't have one but I know why I'm attracted to them. "Back in the day" as they say, Mattel made a belt buckle with a pop-out derringer that I just loved. It was spring loaded and when you pushed your gut out, the gun would pop out on a hinge and fire a plastic bullet with a cap (if you had a greenie stickum cap of course). I thought that was SO cool. Of course I forget that the gun would go flying off the buckle about half the time, but the idea was cool.

The NAA always reminded me of that. I keep saying I want one.

I have an early version, that I picked up as an unfinished belt buckle, that I completed enough to make it functional... mine ( unsure how the new ones operate ) has a pin that slides into one of the chambers, ( making the 5 shot gun into a 4 shot belt buckle ) it holds the gun pretty securely, though I guess I look at it as more of a toy, than as a back up, since mine reduces the capacity of the gun...

... but my "snake eyes" edition NAA mini looks pretty nice mounted on the buckle...

I know what you mean. As soon as I saw one I wanted it and I have absolutely no reason for it.

^^^^^ and that is my point! What am I going to do with it exactly?

Shoot it? Some, but not a bunch.

Wear it? Some, but not regularly.

Carry loaded? Maybe...if I can shoot it well enough to defend my self against 1 slow person!

I am attracted to them as well, and have picked them up regularly at the LGS. I just haven't pulled the trigger on one yet. I don't know why either

A friend of mine bought one at a pawn shop, It had been disasembled and put back together wrong. I reassembled it and had to shoot it. I was impressed!
