IWB/OWB holster for P228

I've been tasked with finding a holster for our units new P228s. Because of the nature of the job, it needs to be able to be carried both IWB and OWB. It needs to be something at the hip. It also needs to be able to sustain the abuse of year long deployments and training. It needs to be at the unit within a month of ordering. The total number of holsters will be around 25.

We're also looking at a drop leg holster. I've heard good things about the one from Safariland, any other options?

I'd prefer to stay with good to go established companies as opposed to small vendors.

Then pistol is the M11, which is the Sig P228.

What type of unit carries IWB, OWB and thigh rig? Just curious

The thigh rig was something the CO mentioned. Its primarily the other two. We're usually plain clothes in country. I'd prefer to stay focused on the holster.
