In your opinion, who makes the best tritium sights for a Colt 45 Government Model 70? Windage and elevation adjustments are a must.

And, what about the best laser sight for the Model 70? Those lasers mounted on the trigger guard really look bad. There has to be something better out there.

Thanks in advance for your advice.

Natty, it would be difficult to choose between Meprolight and Trijicon. If I were going to put adjustable night sights one of my 1911s I would install a set of melded Bo-Mars and then send the slide to PT Nightsights to have tritium inserts installed. I really don't have an opinion on the laser sights. The only ones I've ever sold, because they are the ones most folks can afford, are the Beamshot. But the "better way" comes from LaserMax with a laser sight that replaces the guide rod. High dollar item. George
