no sales to CA
No sales to California has nothing to do with gunbroker. It is the choice of the seller of the firearm and/or his FFL dealer. My dealer will not ship to California because he says it involves "extra" paperwork. Therefore, when I list a gun for sale on gunbroker, I state: no sales to California. Note: I am not a dealer, just an old guy selling off his guns before he dies.
Please, get another dealer, the one your using is cheating you out of a 20 million population gun market. I've got two safes with over 100 long guns and pistols all bought in CA since 1991. Dealers who are to frightened to deal with CA are only costing you money Most of these clowns have never even flown over CA and have no idea of what the laws are here. |
