Other than the more popular Russians and even rarer Romanians or Albanians,, basic SKS rifles Without tactical add-ons seems to be pretty stable in price. Typical unmodified Yugos or Chinese seemed to never exceed $350-400, on average. And there were normally six to seven pages of them listed, including all varieties of the rifle. chupps: do you ever read SKSboards? |

Chinese SKS's are normally all scratched up and bad looking but the yugos are all really nice condition looks brand new. But they are more expensive

Here is a pic of a shorty (some call it the Paratrooper). Unmodified, with the bayo, is one of the coolest looking battle rifles of all time, methinks Oh, and fun to shoot? Yes - my Son, friends, and self, the SKS is always a big hit Last shot bolt stays open - I like that about it!!
