Anyone duplicate the .223 Federal V-Shok 55gr

I reload for .204 and .243 but it's more for something to do rather than trying to save money or shoot benchrest competitions. But if I could duplicate this Federal V-Shok with the Sierra 55gr BTHP round that my Colt AR seems to like, then I might go ahead and reload. Just wondering if anyone has gotten good results reloading this bullet? My Colt has a 1:7" twist so I could shoot a bit heavier bullet but for yotes out to 200-250 yards, I like hollow points over polymer tipped. Thanks.
