May I ask for one between the PM9 and the Kimber Solo? I own the PM9 and will not sell it, but may add a Kimber solo to the mix...

I am considering selling my LCP and replacing it with a Kahr P380. Your comparison gives me more impetus to do so.

los - Thanks for doing this.

I'm sure a lot of other folks have also saved each and every one of those to his hard drive for future reference.

We appreciate your efforts!

Very impressive and informative work there Los. I was referred to your charts by Buck in his response to one of my posts. Look forward to more of your comparison charts. Thanks for your efforts !!!!!!

I made a grid with my laptop to pre-scale each individual image to manufacture dimensions.
I like these charts but I'm thinking there might be some inaccuracies because of differences in how the manufacturers measure some of the dimensions. For example some measure length only along the slide and some measure from the farthest rearward and forward points in a line parallel to the slide. One measurement includes the grip and the other doesn't. It would be good if owners of these guns who have calipers can confirm how the guns are measured for you.

You mean like Kahr and Glock..?

Some manufacturers do not included the magazine when listing height measurement. Others only measure to top of slide and don't include the sights, but include the magazine.

Some list an OAL handgun measurement, but in reality it's only the Slide length.

los - there are so many questions of size/concealment as well as "How thick is it Really??" that it's really hard to compare one pistol to another, but your charts are most helpful in size comparisons. You are quite the artist on your keyboard. Thanks much.

I would like to see one of a NNA mini 22short revolver vs a Magnum research 45/70 BFR with a 10 inch barrel.

all 26 of my guns are 45/70 govt, 357 mag, 22 or 12 ga... I believe in keeping it simple. Wish my wife did as well...

Here you go, runforsanity.
Not as cool as Los's comparason charts.
As much as I love my XD9, I had to get the Ruger LCP for every day carry.
