The Speedfeed brand of stocks is fine, if not great. I have a few of them, which I'll switch from straight to a pistol-type stock occasionally, depending on my mood.

The main thing, however, is fit. If you can do with a 13" or 14", choose the length and type which suits your preference. The stocks with the spare shells in the stock only come in 14", however.

With that said, I find stock length a bit frustrating and costly. I've bought various lengths and types, from 12" to 14", and seem to shoot them all fine. I'm next considering a 13" Speedfeed Sport straight stock for my 870 to add to my "collection" (of stocks).
