Laser Lyte Sub Compact Version Question

Hi, I am new to this site. I did a search on this and come up empty. I have a question. I have a S/W Sigma 40 cal with a Laser Lyte Sub Compact red dot laser on it.

Here is my question, the screw that holds the sight to the rail under the barrel, are any of you using some blue loc-tite on that screw? Mine seems to loosen up here and there.
