Haney vs. USA - MGs involved?
The pending (please oh please please please) Supreme Court case John Lee Haney vs. USA seemes an ideal case claiming one's right to own machineguns. Does anyone know what Haney actually built for this case? Supposedly he modified one semi-auto to full-auto, and assembled another MG.

Well, he is filing as a pauper, which means he has no money. I would not hold my breath waiting for a court to say we can all make machineguns.

The legalities and probabilities are being discussed over on the Legal forum.
What I want to know on this forum is what Haney actually built, and how "suitable for militia use" it is. |
