Vanguard trigger adjustment

Hi there experts!

I have been all over the place to find some information how to adjust the trigger on my Vanguard VGX Deluxe rifle. Can someone help me on this, the trigger pull on my rifle is way too heavy as is, like it came from factory. I bought the rifle in 1991 and there wasn´t any users manual with it. In my country (Iceland) there isn´t any service for weatherby rifles. I hope sombody can provide some instructions for me so I can make this adjustment on the trigger pull.
