I like my Witness much more than I ever thought I would like a $300 handgun. Only thing I don't like is the front sight which is too small and seems to make the gun shoot a little low.
How much would the average price be to mill a dovetail into the front of the slide? Mine is the "wonder finish" if that matters. Regards, David |

Loudernhel, I charge $35 to mill a dovetail. Some will charge less and some more. It just depends on where you have it done. George

Thanks George. I've heard that the Wonderfinish Witness is harder to mill because the heat treating makes it much harder.
Is this true or internet rumor? Regards, David |
