T7 Redding

Gentlemen. Recently I purchased a T7 turret to accomodate some extra
reloading. Already have a T6 Redding turret press and it has been faultless.
After mounting the T7 it would not accept a shellholder. I tried 4 different
manufacturers including Redding with no success.
Anyone have a similar issue.
Thanks
Sean

T7 Redding shell holder

First contact Redding and see what they say do.
I have a Lyman T-Mag press the shell holder would not fit on to. I took a file and went over the top of the ram. I took it down until A SHELL HOLDER would fit. I left things very stiff, so the shell holder would not fall off the ram.

Without going over the top I did try reasonable force
Didnt want to attack the ram with a file as this will void warranty.
Just interested to hear if anyone had a similar problem.
thanks
Sean

t-7

I also have two redding turret presses and have no problems with the shellholders. The t-7 dose take a good amoumt of presure to seat the shellholder in the ram. Call the factory and see if they have a solution.Duke45
