what is the difference between cz 75 b and cz 75b omega?

trigger. i have an omega and my buddy has a standard. the omega is nicer out of the box, but harder to work on, and none of their other triggers fit it.

The OMEGA trigger is a totally different mechanism, and one that CZ is starting to use in the newer designs, like the P-07.

With that model (the P-07), the user can switch from a "safety" version to a "decocker" version with a relatively simple, user-done change of parts (that come with the gun. I don't know that a newer CZ-75 with the Omega trigger has the same ability to be user-converted.)

Try the trigger before you buy. I've not had a chance to work with the Omega trigger yet, but new owners either love it or hate it!!

The polymer framed Omega has it's +'s and -'s. The polymer framed O's with the ability to convert from decocker to manual safety are great, as long as you want a decocker. The manual safety is not a good design.
