inexpensive bino's

Not for me, I have a pair of zeiss conquests that I really like. Just asking if you had to spend around $100 what would you get. Burris, bruton, remington? They are for a friend who can't justify more $ I know, I tried to tell him you get what you pay for. Thinking of 8X42

I got a set of single power 8X that have a digital camera built in. Cheesy but cool. They might get lost or damaged hunting so I am not to worried about them. The camera isn't 8X by the way. Bushnell brand as I recall.
