Autocomp load

I am in need of a good IPSC load for 9mm with autocomp powder. I had a sweet set up with clays and I cannot get that powder anymore. Any help is appreciated

What are the numbers for your current clays load?
-velocity
-bullet used
-barrel length
-COL
