Homemade bullets start to finish

I have posted videos of the different steps before but never one of all the operations at the same time.

That's a purdy sweet set-up there.

How long does it take you to set-up?

Once set-up what's your approx hourly production?

Great Scott what a noise. I must say, CHEATING!

But seriously, very nice. I am assuming that's not a regular powdercoat you are throwing on so violently in the tumbler? I'd be expecting powder all over the place - I shake and bake using recycled plastic butter tubs. BTW, the one pictured above was old, when I started - I use much less powder with many more airsoft BBS now. That is quite the clever setup, did it take long to put together? I take 30 minutes to cast up 150 bullets and then all afternoon to shake and bake 50 at a time in my mini toaster over.

It is not powder coat, it is the liquid hi-tek coating.

Details here.

I can tell I am not getting much done in my shop compared to JMorris, but I am not going to be envious or discouraged.

I just ordered a new rat trap for my shop.

I just have to presume that you are doing this for resale so if this is the case what are your calibers, weights and how much?

No, not for resale its way too slow for that, just an efficient setup for personal use.
