Chest Waders vs. Brambles = Wet legs - Need product recommendations
Guys, I'm frustrated. Bought nice pair of neoprene waders. 2nd day in the woods, the briars had holes nicked in them, water seeps in - total waste of $80.
Have some regular smooth-material waders (non-insulated), and they lasted many many more trips through the woods (20 or more) before getting a hole from briars/vegetation as well, eventually. Cold, wet ankle. So, what I need to find is the following product: Chest waders with neoprene inner (or other good insulator), AND extraordinarily tough & thick, smooth briar-busting outer. What can you recommend? Thanks. |

they are made for hunters, so they have a tougher skin. |
