We want to import this kind of bobby gun into Europe
Is it legal to sell them in there? It is not a real firearm, do we need to get a license for it?

You would have to check the laws of each country in Europe that you intend to export to.

As gyvel said, "Europe" is more than one country, and each has its own laws.

Asking random (mostly American) strangers on an internet forum isn't a good way to get this information.
