CVA Customer Service and Warranty

Can anyone provide info on the quality of CVA customer and warranty service? I heard from at the local sporting goods shop that he hasn't been impressed. Issues with trigger warranty work not being done right, shipping issues, etc.

Been great for me over the years.

I sent a picture of an old 1987 cva blazer i restored and they emailed back that it looked great, BUT if there was any kind of rust or pitting inside of the nipple area threads, to send it in and they'd replace it with a brand new cva wolf. I sent it in and a week later i got a brand new camo wolf.
