Buehler scope mount

I have a Mauser 98 that has a buehler 1 piece scope mount on it. would i have to get another hole drilled to make it accept weaver mounts? or is the hole in the back too big for a weaver screw? the reason i ask is the screw for the rear set of rings is broken off inside it and i would rather have a weaver mount because of the availability of different rings.

A gunsmith can drill out the broken screw. Weaver mounts and rings are not the same as they were years ago, there are lots of options available.
