Tactical vest feature - question
I have a Blackhawk tactical vest and there are some elastic loops on the back. I can't figure out what they are for. There are 9 of them, 3 across and 3 rows. They are about 2" wide and 3" long. Can anyone enlighten me?

Probably for grenade launcher rounds. Either 37mm or 40mm (depending upon whether the vest is set up for police or military use).
