Beretta NEOS with sloppy magazines.

I have a new NEOS and when I shot it (1st time) today, I was having a lot of FFT and FTE problems. When I checked the magazine I found It has a very sloppy fit. While inserted in the well, I can move the magazine up, down, forward, back and side to side with no effort.
Does anyone know of a fix, or does this gun have to go back to Beretta?

forgot to add...if I keep upward pressure on the magazine, I can continually run all 10 cartridges with no problem.

I've got a NEOS and 8 mags, and have never had that problem. There may be something in the mag well keeping it from seating all the way. I'd disassemble as far as I could and thoroughly clean it before taking more drastic measures.
Try different magazines as well to rule out a mag problem,
Scott
