Magpul Shotgun Stock

The Magpul shotgun stock is made for the Remington 12 ga but would it possibly fit the 870 20 ga?

Everything I see says they're the same size receiver if it is the standard 20 gauge. If it's a light weight, the receiver is slimmer.

I'm thinking I will call magpul and made double dog sure before I go buy it but I appreciate your help and I was thinking the same as you.
