Nice Small Pistol Primer Grab
I went by a small local gun store today, and scored a brick (thousand) small Federal Pistol Primers this morning for $36.00 plus 8.5% local tax. This was all they had other than some rifle and shotgun primers.
It will help hold me over since I was down to less than two two thousand small pistol primers. I was sort of pleased with the price even though I am used to paying about ten or twelve bucks less from Powder Valley. I am not a happy camper but at least a happier camper. |

Lucky score. My LGS is $5 (tax included) per 100 with a 200pcs cap. I did score 3000 tula from Brownells a couple weeks ago @ $18 per 1000.

I think I got the last of PV stock about 7 weeks ago when I ordered 6000 CCI SP primers. As they were out of stock within minutes of placing my order. Just received them a few days ago but only paid $33 including shipping and Haz-Mat.

This is good to hear. I have a back order with Powder Valley for 6,000 Winchester small pistol on backorder. At least it is an accepted order.
It seems the price has already gone from $26 to $28 per thou. |
