AR 10 destroying brass

The ejector is ripping the rim of the brass its bad enough that the rounds won`t go in to the shell holder. It` more noticable on factory ammo than military stuff. Checked with a gun smith ,was told it`s the nature of the beast.. Any one else run in to this problem.

I'd suggest you ask this in the reloading and the AR10 forums at AR15.com .
