Brass Question

Hi,

I have some collected brass, I'm wondering how I can tell the difference between boxer primed and Berdan primed (I understand Boxer is reloadable).

The brass in question is South African .303 Brit, S&B 7.62X54R and some kind of mystery 8X57 (don't remember where it's from).

Thanks

Good light...
Look through the neck at the base...
One hole in center = Boxer
Two, or sometimes three, holes = Berdan.

In U.S., Boxer only one worth botherin with.
