Moving rifle front sight

I have a Steyr with dovetail front sight. Currently the rifle groups 4" to right of POA at 50 yds. in order to correct this I should move the front sight to the right? Any estimate on how much? .005" or more like .050"?

What is the distance between the leaf of the rear sight and the front sight blade? The calculated distance to move the front blade is easy once that dimension is known.

Great link and thanks for the info. I will measure the sight radius and move accordingly.
