New Dealer?

Has anyone had experience with these people? I placed an order on Thursday and Friday got an e-mail saying their inventory was wrong and they were out of stock. They gave me a choice of cancel and get my refund or wait two weeks and they would send it. I thought it was nice that they had me e-mailed just hours after they opened for business. I cancelled for now, but will be back. Total cost of part and shipping was less than some of the other businesses charged for just shipping. I wll look first on their site for my next purchase.
