How accurate do you need? The LCP will do 2" groups at 10 yards, assuming the wielder can shoot that well. Do you expect self-defense situations at much further distance?

Bottom line is to try them. Buy what you can, and will, carry and be comfortable with.

Oops, my mistake. I haven't handled these myself, but I thought I had seen them as striker fire. My mistake.

No worries, easy mistake if you haven't had hands-on time.

I carry a Bersa (Thunder , with a series 95 slide and barrel) , either in a packin-T or an IWB Galco holster . I don't even know it's there , and it is the most accurate 380 I've ever seen , and runs like a Swiss watch ! I like the Aluminum frame , and the controls as they are close to a 1911 (my true love) and I'm old school .

I own one and love it. I paid 225.00 with 100 rounds of ammo. It is first generation. Mine had all the factory recalls. I was lucky and stumbled across a good deal. Good Luck Now.

This requires muffs (earring protection) when you shoot it. Please do not let the size fool you. It will ring your ears. I know from personal experience

Lol, I was lucky in that I managed not to get completely screwed now- $365 new after shipping and FFL fees.

The Bersa was a slightly better deal and should be getting in today- $355 new after shipping and FFL fees. Hopefully I can get a few shots off with it at the range today too and post my findings. I've been carrying the Ruger since it got here though and, as far as being concealable and good to carry, the Bersa will have its work cut out for it.

"Out of the box" accuracy for my new "Gen 2" LCP with improved sights and trigger. Literally, the first trip to the range. No hiccups or failures by the way.
No laser either. 2-hand grip. Medium speed fire (not slow, not rapid).
