Wow... That's an amazing video... A LOT happens in those ten seconds! I watched it a few times to absorb everything. The teamwork between the two LEOs is extraordinary. The shooting LEO yells "GUN" almost simultaneous with his triple-tap. And his angle is so great... He's close to cover yet his angle doesn't endanger the other LEO (or himself).
That's one of those moments when a guy really appreciates an awake co-worker who's serious about his work.

I have done some further looking on the web and I am thinking this is a training video. The more I view it, the more it looks staged.
